二氯甲烷浸渍试验是
PVC-U管材重要的检测项目,用以表征管材的塑化程度和均一性,管材的塑化程度将直接影响管材的长期静液压性能,对管材的使用寿命有直接影响,不同标准对管材的检测条件要求也不相同。

符合标准:ISO 7676—1990《硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材——二氯甲烷浸渍试验方法》

           GB/T13526:硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材二氯甲烷浸渍试验方法。

试剂:二氯甲烷、分析纯

装置:800号砂纸恒温水箱 计时器 不锈钢容器

试样: 从管材上截取至少100mm长的管段,在尽量不使材料发热的情况下,用直角车刀仔细的车削试样断面,然后用800号砂纸轻轻打磨,使断面光滑平整。

试验步骤:将二氯甲烷倒入容器中,其深度至少能使试样浸没至少30mm.

       往容器中缓慢加入蒸馏水,使其在二氯甲烷上形成20mm厚的水封层。

 将容器置于恒温水箱中,调节水浴温度,当二氯甲烷的温度达到20±5时,将试样置网格上浸入容器中,或将试样悬浸在二氯甲烷中,试样浸没深度不得小于30mm,应使试样打磨面浸没在溶液里。

  试样恒温浸渍20Min

 从容器中取出试样,干燥15min

用肉眼检验试样内外表面及断面,用卷尺和游标卡尺测量内外表面和横断面的破坏长度,记录所有变化情况。

结果表示:变化的类别

      采用下列级别评定试样表面的质量变化:

 aN没有变化或轻微变化

 b.  L轻微变化

 c.   M表面破坏

 d.  S表面严重破坏(试样爆皮、龟裂、结疤等)

Methylene chloride impregnation test is an important test item for PVC - U pipes, which is used to characterize the degree of plasticization and uniformity of pipes. The degree of plasticization of pipes will directly affect the long-term hydrostatic properties of pipes and have a direct impact on the service life of pipes. Different standards also have different requirements on the test conditions of pipes.
Conform to the standard: ISO 7676 - 1990 " Hard PVC - U Pipe — Test Method for Dipping in Dichloromethane"
GB / T 13526: Test method for methylene chloride impregnation of rigid polyvinyl chloride ( PVC - U ) pipes.
Reagent: dichloromethane, analytical purity
Device: stainless steel container of 800 # sandpaper constant temperature water tank timer
Sample: Cut at least 100 mm long pipe section from the pipe, carefully turn the section of the sample with a right-angle turning tool without heating the material as much as possible, and then lightly polish it with 800 # sandpaper to make the section smooth and level.
Test procedure: Pour dichloromethane into a container at a depth of at least 30 mm to immerse the sample.
Slowly add distilled water to the container to form a 20 mm thick water seal layer on dichloromethane.
Place the container in a constant temperature water tank and adjust the temperature of the water bath. When the temperature of dichloromethane reaches 20 5 ℃, immerse the sample in the container on a grid or suspend the sample in dichloromethane. The immersion depth of the sample shall not be less than 30 mm, and the polishing surface of the sample shall be immersed in the solution.
The sample was immersed at constant temperature for 20min.
Take out the sample from the container and dry it for 15 min
Visually inspect the inner and outer surfaces and cross sections of the sample, measure the failure length of the inner and outer surfaces and cross sections with tape measure and vernier caliper, and record all changes.
The result shows: the category of change
The following grades were used to assess the quality change of the sample surface:
A n - no change or slight change
B l - slight change
C m - surface damage
D s - serious surface damage ( sample bursting, cracking, scarring, etc. )
