一、符合标准
JJHBT-22系列?静液压试验机主机符合GB/T 6111-2003、GB/T 15560-95、GB/T 18997.1-2003、GB/T 18997.2-2003、IS0 1167-2006、ASTM D1598-2004、ASTM D1599标准。

概述
XGY-10B-2系列塑料管材耐压爆破试验机的设计制造借鉴了国际同类产品的**技术和元件,软件界面内容更适合国情,具有很高的性价比。本机采用airless型压力系统 , 使用安全可靠、控制精度高。根据需要一台主机可选多路压力，任一试样爆裂立即自动关闭该路。长时自动连续运行，其关键件均选用进口产品。整机性能达到进口同类产品水平。为我国的各级化学建材检测行业、产检所及塑料管材生产厂提供具有国际**水平的国产化检测仪器。
该系列机型采用微机控制技术，具有试验参数设定存储，显示打印曲线，实时分析，实验报告输出等功能。软件运行Windows 系统下，可根据国家标准，国际标准或用户提供的标准检测和判断各种管材的长期静液压性能及瞬时爆破试验，并对实验数据进行分析处理，打印输出。

功能特点
1、各路控制参数（压力、时间、精度）均可以通过上位机（精密压力微控制单元）或下位机（电脑）输入或调整。
2、上下位机可同时或单独实时显示时间（**长9999小时59分59秒）压力（小数点后三位）及八个试验状态（升压、补压、泄压、运行，结束、泄漏、爆裂）同时当出现过压、结束、泄漏、爆裂四个状态时有声光报警。
